Psychotherapy is not a sign of weakness or inadequacy; it’s embraced by all walks of life for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes a short burst is all that’s required, at other times on-going longer term support is useful.
Life has its ups and downs. Events and experiences mean that we can fall on challenging times. Sometimes we need a third party to help navigate the way, or simply just witness our experiences so we can move on from them and put them in the past where they belong.
